Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Terms
    • Residential: Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice receipt unless otherwise stated. A 10% late fee applies to overdue installment payments.
    • Business: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a fee of $100 or 10% of the invoice total (whichever is greater), charged every 5 business days until paid.
  2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
    • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice and must be used within 60 days of purchase.
    • Missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  3. Photography Consent
    • Client authorizes OCBV to take and use photographs of the property for marketing and business purposes.
  4. Confidentiality
    • OCBV will maintain the confidentiality of all client information except where disclosure is required by law.
  5. Shopping Fee
    • A $40 fee applies if staff must visit a store to purchase or pick up items.
  6. Products
    • Clients must provide a pre-approved budget for additional products. Payment for OCBV-purchased products is due upon completion of each session.
  7. Transportation
    • Travel beyond 20 miles round trip will be charged at $0.725 per mile and included in the estimate.
  8. Unused Hours
    • Remaining hours may be used within 60 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided.
  9. Agreement
    • Payment of an estimate or invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms. Discounted rates are based on the agreed service hours. If services are canceled or not completed, discounts will be forfeited and the standard rate of $80/hour will apply to all hours worked.
